As you may have noticed, Brookfield has begun its work to upgrade the lobbies and elevator bank areas of 4 World Financial Center. These renovations are part of Brookfield’s $250 million overhaul and modernization of the World Financial Center. As part of the work being done on 4 WFC, operational and aesthetic improvements to the first- and second-floor lobbies, as well as the exterior façade on Vesey Street, will create a stunning “new” building atmosphere fitting of 4 WFC’s prominent address.

As with any renovation, some minor inconveniences with regards to rerouting and proximity to unsightly construction areas will occur. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this transitional period, and we will do our best to ensure these inconveniences are kept to a minimum.
